Travelling by air
From Düsseldorf Airport by rail:
Go to the lowest level of the terminal building and take the S7 train service.
The stops are:
- Flughafen
- Düsseldorf-Unterrath
- Derendorf
- Zoo
- Wehrhahn
- Düsseldorf-Hauptbahnhof (main railway station)
Alight here and proceed further with tram U78 or U79 as described under
“Travelling by rail / From Düsseldorf main railway station”
From Düsseldorf Airport by rental car
From the arrivals terminal take the A44 in the direction “Alle Richtungen” (all directions) and follow the signs for “Innenstadt” (city centre). You travel through a tunnel. Take the first exit immediately upon leaving the tunnel and at the traffic lights at the top of the exit ramp turn left into Danziger Straße. Exit this road immediately before the flyover and take the first possible right turn (at the traffic lights) into Uerdinger Straße; bear right and take the second turning on the right (Wilhelm-Boetzkes-Straße). “Am Bonneshof” is the first turning on the left.
